3. How is my order shipped?

We normally ship orders by Registered Air Parcel Post. All orders are 

packed in protective packaging. Tracking numbers can be provided on request.

Orders  weighing over 1 kg are usually shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS) on a door to door basis at no

extra cost.

4. Do you gift-wrap your products?

We usually wrap all our silver jewellery , Judaic Jewelry and small items such as : 

silver mezuzah,Torah Pointers,Psalm book covers  in an appropriate  gift box, free of charge.

5. How can an urgent order be expedited?

Please approach us with your request either in the comments area

 provided in the order, or by emailing us separately on shalom@theisraelionlineshop.com

and we shall do everything possible to meet your request. This may involve additional shipping charges 

which we shall quote separately.

6. How are shipping costs calculated?

Our website is programmed to calculate shipping costs automatically, 

mostly according to weight factors.

We normally charge shipping at cost.

7. How long will delivery take?

We normally deliver within3- 6 weeks. 

Should product be available prior to that, 

we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

8. What happens if my parcel is lost?

Registered Air Parcel Post is automatically insured. 

Should you advise us of loss, and this is confirmed by the Post Office, 

we shall compensate with a new parcel.

9. Return Policy

Should you wish to return a product, we shall accept it on condition that it is returned in

its original condition and original packaging.

Kindly pre-advise us by email when returning product.

Refunds will be made to the original buyer only.

Refunds will exclude return-shipping costs.

When returning product it is your responsibility to have the product insured against loss.

Should you have particular wishes, please do not hesitate to write to
